UK Health Insurance Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
Below are our office opening hours over the Christmas and New Year period:
- Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve): 9:00 to 13:00
- Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed
- Friday 26th December (Boxing Day): Closed
- Monday 29th December: Open as usual
- Tuesday 30th December: Open as usual
- Wednesday 31st December (New Year’s Eve): 9:00 to 13:00
- Thursday 1st January (New Year’s Day): Closed
- Friday 2nd January onwards: Open as usual
We recommend contacting us during our published opening hours if you require support.
During this time, our team will be operating with reduced staffing while colleagues take a well-deserved break. As a result, response times may be slightly longer than usual. Normal business operations will fully resume from 2nd January 2026.
