Lauren has over 15 years of experience in private medical insurance, with a keen specialisation in the SME and corporate sectors. Lauren looks after an extensive corporate portfolio including major blue chip clients, ensuring all their healthcare needs are met. Beyond her profession, Lauren is a mother to a lively little boy that keeps her busy! Despite her busy schedule, she also likes to travel and experience different cultures.

Zoe

Corporate Account Handler

Zoe is an account coordinator and has worked for UK Health Insurance since 2014. Zoe has a degree in English Literature and a Master’s Degree in History, with a passion for medieval history. She has a young daughter who keeps her very busy.

Shannon

Sales and Key Relationship Consultant

Shannon has worked in the health insurance industry for two years supporting clients in the SME sector. She enjoys building client relationships and helping clients navigate their healthcare options. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending her weekends with friends and family, whether it’s going on trips, catching up over long walks, or planning her next adventure.

Julian

Broker Manager

Julian is an experienced insurance professional of over 30 years, covering multiple roles and products from General Insurance to Life and Pensions. Now in the Private Medical Insurance and Group Risk sector, Julian has been with UK Health Insurance for nearly eight years and has been the Broker Manager for two years. In his spare time, he is a keen collector of antiques and an avid Liverpool supporter.

Alex

Compliance Officer

Alex has over 10 years of experience in insurance services, bringing valuable knowledge and insight to the team. Outside of work, he is a big BBQ enthusiast and loves long walks and live rock and metal music. Most weekends, he’s either experimenting with new recipes in the garden or at the football.

Senior Healthcare Broker

Sean is an experienced health insurance broker committed to helping clients find the right coverage for their medical needs. By conducting thorough assessments, he aligns individuals with the appropriate providers, ensuring personalised and health insurance solutions. With a client-focused approach, Sean makes navigating private health coverage simple and stress-free.

Senior Healthcare Broker

With over 20 years of experience in finance and insurance, Garry brings deep industry knowledge to the health insurance sector. Starting his career in financial services in 2003, he later moved into life and health insurance, before founding and successfully selling his own brokerage in 2022. Alongside his work in insurance, he has pursued various entrepreneurial ventures, driven by a passion for innovation and practical solutions. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex insurance decisions with clarity, trust, and value.
